Receptionist / License Clerk

At Ontario Motor Sales, the Receptionist/Licensing Administrator is the first point of contact for customers and supports daily administrative tasks. From answering calls to processing vehicle paperwork and coordinating with the licensing office, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner, providing clear direction and assistance.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly, courteously, and in alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain and update the phone system daily to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
  • Review, process, and distribute all documentation related to vehicle transactions, ensuring data is entered accurately and that all processes and compliance requirements are strictly followed.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to dealership operations and management.
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate completion of licensing paperwork with the Ministry office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the dealership by performing additional duties as required.
